I am a knowledgeable, certified math and Physics tutor. My experience ranges over all forms of mathematics, including algebra, trigonometry, and calculus. Currently, I am studying at the University of South Florida to earn my mechanical engineering degree. I'd originally started on this program of study back home in New England, but decided to seek a warmer climate in Tampa. So, here I am! Mathematics is my lifeblood. I am inspired to bring clarity to struggling students through my unique style of instruction. Ideally, I would focus on their strengths and go from there to pin down and work out any misunderstandings. Each person learns in a different way because the mind is a complex thing. It is not fair to force feed predefined teaching structures.A little about me: besides the fact that I am a math-nut, I enjoy a variety of activities whenever I am not participating in anything school-related. My interests are extremely outdoorsy. I know, it's a little unusual for someone so academically inclined, but I love camping and backpacking. Occasionally, I'll take in a music show or comedic performance. I also enjoy snowboarding when back in my hometown.
